The Canberra Miniature Railway is open to the public on our advertised running days and nights. Come and ride the wonderful miniature railway behind perfect miniatures of real locomotives. Great fun for big and little kids.

Parties
Canberra Miniature Railways is an ideal venue for birthday parties, Christmas parties and other occasions. You can book your party by clicking here. That page should answer all of your party questions but if not, e-mail

Rides
Passengers 3 years and older will require a ticket to ride the trains. Children under 3 years ride FREE but must be accompanied by a fare paying adult. For safety reasons children under the height indicated onat the Station Platform must be accompanied by a fare paying responsible person.
- Single ride – $5 (available for purchase at the entry gate)
- Unlimited rides – $18 (plus booking fee) if pre-purchased via TryBooking or $20 at the entry gate
The Canberra Miniature Railway is cash-free with EFTPOS facilities available.
Enclosed footwear is required to ride the trains. Guests with open toed shoes and thongs or similar will not be permitted to ride.
Dining car
Why not grab lunch or a snack from our well-stocked canteen? You can get yourself pies, sausage rolls, hot dogs and ice creams, as well as a selection of soft drinks, water and tea/coffee. Check out the specials board to see what yummy treats are available on the day!
